Communicare Diep River Area Office underwent their day of team building and training at the Monkey Valley Resort in Noordhoek on Thursday. The team of 11 underwent various exercises to help establish a new mission for their office and then how to realise this as a team and work as one.
There is no “I” in Success only U and US was the underlying message for the day. Each participant went away with their own chart of emotions and pledged issues to address when they got back to the office. Well done to the team for their willingness to participate and enjoy the day with Megan and myself. We are looking forward to the other workshops next month with the remaining area offices.
