The second of four workshops were held today with the guys from the CTBi Jumpstart programme. As we reviewed actions taken in the last month, it was encouraging to see the level of commitment and improvements made in business and focus even after just one workshop.
The area most improved on was the level of interaction between businesses within the programme. Several new contracts had been secured through joint venture offerings and work had even been passed on to others without the need to reciprocate. This level of teamwork between traditionally opposition businesses is encouraging and shows that a little cooperation can help build your business to new heights.
There is talk now of forming a network group that will last beyond the Jumpstart programme that past and future participants can join to network together and organize regular training for business advancements.
We meet up again in November to discuss time management and delegation skills. Well-done guys looking forward to your future.
