HEP - Human Energy without Load Shedding

Managing the human energy is not an easy thing and does not rely on some maintenance person at some coal plant up country who may just drop a bold into the big fan thing than needs to round and round.

The process of human energy is interesting as it comes from within. During our initial studies we looked at ways to generate energy through music, drumming, great speeches and motivational videos but all this is just hype. Now hype is not a bad thing if you want a massive amount of focused energy to be available for a short time like for a riot or political campaign or to go into hand-on-hand combat. But for companies and families it is wasted. What we need is sustainable long-term momentum energy that will last for longer than the drive home from the rock concert.
This energy comes from within our systems. What we discovered is that we leak energy through our emotional wounds. Wounds such as relational, financial, political, social and self esteem wounds that we all carry around with us. If these wounds are addressed through one of our HEP programmes or workshops we have seen an incredible increase in personal energy resulting in better engagement at work and with family life. Programmes such as our mentoring Life Box and our E2 coaching has proved invaluable in saving people from their own schedule of load shedding and shutdowns. http://www.hep.co.za/
